- not recommended if you have weak gums, gum and enamel damage can occur 
- first use: ball closure ring with clip-in of your choice (from our assortment)
- after healing, a continuous ring or horseshoe (higher chance of gum damage) can be worn
- tends to deposit on jewellery (plaque)
